Human Resource Management is one year post-graduate certificate program which gives the student practical skills he needs to contribute as an HR leader in a company, non-profit organization or government agency. The role of the HR manager has grown steadily in importance. Today’s HR Management professional contributes on the strategic level dealing with:

- Training and development

- Labour relations
The Program imparts hands-on learning techniques to ensure that the student possesses the skills required in actual job situations. From developing an interview guide to seeking out applicants to fill a specific job and hiring an applicant through a videotaped interview process, the activities he undertakes in class prepare him well.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postsecondary diploma or degree
and/or
- Demonstrated competence through related work and/or educational experience
· IELTS score – 6.00 bands
Selection Criteria
Selection is on the basis of previous academic achievement, and/or demonstrated experience.
Postsecondary
transcripts, indicating courses completed to date, be attached with the
application.
Eligible applicants will be requested to submit a résumé and cover letter, and a
brief paper describing two accomplishments that illustrate the applicant’s
suitability for a career in human resources. Strong written and oral
communication skills are required.
