KPI
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are a province-wide accountability tool established by the Ontario government in 1998 to measure and reward College performance in meeting specific goals and objectives.
The Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities in collaboration with the Ontario Colleges identified five measurements to be used as the Key Performance Indicators.
